I had an AMAZING experience with Command Audio Visual (CAV). I wanted to put in an outdoor sound system and got several different quotes from AV installers around Ft Collins. Most of the companies gave me run of the mill sound set up recommendations but CAV recommended a more unique set up to really optimize the quality of sound on my patio. Not only did CAV have the best conceptual understanding of what I wanted, they also had the best price. They were able to get components for my project quickly despite supply chain issues and promptly installed my system once my contractors were ready for that part of the project. CAV not only understands installation but the true electrical mechanics of the systems and I greatly trusted their recommendations and advice through the process. The result is a phenomenal sounding system that I can stream to wirelessly from my phone with ease. With an in ground subwoofer (I didn't even know that existed!) and 4 satellite speakers, we have top quality sound from everywhere on our patio! Command AV is the best! Awesome experience. CAV asked a lot of questions about what I wanted out of a new investment in our home. They made sure that what they recommended met our wishes and stayed within our budget. Wow, I purchased a new AVR receiver and could not get the sound through my tv. I have spent several hours on the phone with both the TV manufacturer and the receiver manufacturer to no avail. I called Command Audio Visual on Friday afternoon and on Saturday Morning I got a call back. The issue was resolved in less than 5 minutes over the phone.
